  She suggested the Long Lunch at Peats Bite on the Hawkesbury—and it was perfect.
  Accessible only by water, we were met at Mooney Mooney Creek by the owner himself and taken downriver by boat. It was such a unique and relaxing way to begin the day.
  It was a hot day, so being welcomed with refreshing cocktails on the deck and the gorgeous breeze coming in off the water was absolute bliss. From there, the afternoon unfolded into a beautifully paced, indulgent long lunch:
  * A goats curd amuse bouche
  * Peach and burrata with focaccia
  * Salmon rillette and Yamba prawns
  * Blue eye cod in champagne beurre blanc with caviar
  * Wagyu rump with broccolini, salad and chips
  * Berry panna cotta
  * And finally, a cheese course to finish
  We asked for wine pairings—a white and a red—and both were spot on. The food was exceptional, but it was the slow rhythm of the afternoon, the stillness of the river, and the feeling of being completely away from it all that made the experience truly special.
  Thank you, Layla, for the perfect suggestion for this group of mums celebrating a milestone birthday and the end of the school holidays. You turned a simple idea into a truly unforgettable day.

  Before I found her, I was completely overwhelmed. As a business owner, a wife, and a mum to my beautiful 3.5 year old boy, I was trying to do everything and feeling … More like I was failing at all of it.
  Life-admin slipped through the cracks. I'd find myself sorting personal things during work hours and then feeling guilty for it. Worst of all, I wasn't truly present with my son, because my mind was always racing through the next thing I'd forgotten. The guilt and shame of not being able to hold it all together weighed on me more than I can say.
  When someone gently suggested I needed a "personal concierge," I almost dismissed it. It felt like a luxury I hadn't earned. But the moment I spoke with Layla, everything shifted. I told her I needed help but honestly didn't even know with what, and instead of making me feel silly, she met me with so much kindness and understanding. She took my hand and walked me through it all, gently, one small task at a time.
  What she has done for our family since then has genuinely changed our lives. She found a wonderful dentist who gave my son a lovely first experience. She arranged a weekly laundry pickup. She pulled together a travel itinerary I'd been avoiding for months. She found us a beautiful local vet, when I'd been driving long distances to our old one simply because I never had the time or energy to find a new one. She's returned parcels for me through DHL, called international immigration for information about our family, secured an appointment with a dermatologist who is almost impossible to get in to see, booked car hire for a trip, and even organised a last-minute passport when I was in a panic.
  But the thing I treasure most isn't any single task. It's the way she has lifted the mental load off my shoulders. For the first time in years, I feel organised, calm, and in control. I can be fully present at work, and most importantly, I can be fully present with my family.
  Layla is kind beyond words. She keeps me updated every step of the way, and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. If there is something you've been putting off, or something that feels too hard to face, please reach out to her, even with just one small thing.
