Hi, I’m Layla, founder and Chief Organisation Officer (COO) of The Happy Life Organiser. I’m a passionate organiser and advocate for busy professionals. Think of me as your lifestyle manager dedicated to simplifying your life.
I have a deep understanding of the overwhelm of juggling a career, home and family. My purpose is clear: helping people like you thrive professionally and personally without sacrificing the moments that truly matter.
My Journey
Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia in 2006, becoming an Australian citizen in 2008.
With a BA (Hons.) in Psychology and an internationally recognised Diploma in Event Management, my expertise goes beyond organising. I understand the psychology behind busy lifestyles, allowing me to create practical, personalised solutions.
Before launching The Happy Life Organiser, I worked in the concierge industry, supporting clients who expected exceptional service and attention to detail. Whilst there I discovered my natural talent for organising people’s personal lives. I quickly realised I was “born to be a concierge” and that experience continues to shape the way I work today. In 2010, I took the leap and founded Sydney Concierge, which I rebranded as The Happy Life Organiser in 2025.

When faced with stress or challenges, I see possibilities. I thrive on problem solving, constantly looking for ways to make life easier, for all of my clients and those around me. My goal isn’t just to tick boxes, but to prioritise what matters most, your time back. Imagine more time for family, self-care and pursuing your passions. That’s what motivates me every day.
